This year we have introduced daily Storytime across school. All children will listen to the same text for at least one full week. The text will be read in full each day to allow the children to develop a deeper engagement and understanding. In some of the older classes where they are reading longer chapter texts they will be read over several days before then being re-read. The texts that we read will include fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.
Parents/Carers will be informed about which text your child has been listening to in the class weekly newsletter.
