Children enjoyed our special Harvest assembly this afternoon.
Each class had a different piece of fruit or vegetable, we learnt the sign for each one and sang about it as a member of the class brought it up to put in the harvest basket. We also sang the harvest samba and said a prayer. The children sang and signed beautifully and the harvest table was overflowing with all the generous donations sent in by our families.
All donations have been delivered to Telford Crisis Support - a charity run by volunteers, who provide food and toiletries to individuals and families in our community who are in need. They were delighted and extremely thankful to receive so many donations.
A huge thank you once again, your kindness will make a huge difference to local people in need.
