P.E. and swimming sessions are part of the National Curriculum and therefore it is essential that all children bring the appropriate (labelled) kit into school for their lessons.
P.E. - Shorts/jogging bottoms and a t-shirt, with pumps/trainers
SWIMMING - Swimwear and a towel
Please label all belongings
If there is a medical reason why your child cannot take part in these sessions at any time, please let us know ASAP - ideally by notifying us in writing

Children will be swimming at Abraham Darby Leisure Centre.
Swimming sessions are part of the National Curriculum and therefore it is essential that your child brings their swimwear (including a towel) into school when required.
Please ensure that all belongings are clearly labelled.
Children learning to swim will be wearing a SwimFin flotation aid. If you would prefer your child to wear armbands you will need to send in a suitable pair from home and they must be already inflated.
If there is any medical reason why your child cannot go swimming, you must notify us in writing please. This
can be in your child’s home school book, via a note sent into school or by sending an email to
