We have bid a very fond farewell to our year 6 leavers. We feel very privileged to have known the children and to have experienced many fun, happy and memorable times with them. We are confident that they will all settle quickly into their new schools and continue to be amazing!

We held a wonderful leaver's celebration assembly for the children and their parents/carers.  Children shared some special words and memories about their time at Haughton School and they told us what they were looking forward to at their new schools. 

Children sang their leavers song beautifully and very confidently and we shared a drink and a cake to toast everybody on their way!

A big thank you to all parents/carers/family members who came along to share this very special occasion.

We held a second assembly for the whole school to say good luck and good bye.

At the end of the day, the red carpet was rolled out for the final time as each child walked out to cheers, applause and a very warm farewell!

 All staff cheered and waved the children off!

We wish all our leavers the very best - we are sure we will still see them from time to time.
